** Upon acceptance by The Membership Committee and upon full payment of
membership fees, first, and last months dues the membership will be activated
and use of club facilities will be granted.
*** I agree I / we are responsible for all debts pertaining to my / our country
club bill. I / we understand we are liable for unpaid balances and additional fees, including attorney and court cost, if necessary.
**** I agree at the singing of this agreement that I am committing to a membership term of at least twelve months. Should I wish to terminate earlier, I
will be responsible for a penalty of any remaining dues, to a maximum of six
months dues. In case of hardship, such as death, permanent impairment, job
relocation, or loss of employment, a hardship exception may be applied for to
the board
